Services include coping skills for individuals, families, students, parents, and siblings to develop emotional maturity and coping skills regarding anxiety, grief, depression, PTSD, anger management, child and youth development, attachment and divorce.
Mindful Yoga began some 30 years ago, and teaching yoga weekly since 2010.
Yoga can be redefined as mindful breathing and stretching, progressive relaxation skills, self-awareness skills, and tension relief.
Art, yoga, and optimal nutrition are optional, but encouraged to Create Peace.
